CD ROM on HIV and AIDS Education

This CD ROM produced by the International Bureau of Education is an interactive tool containing activities on life skills-based education. These activities have been identified as best practices to be applied in formal and non-formal contexts. The selected activities have been gathered from all over the world. They have been evaluated using the criteria developed by the IBE in the “Manual for integrating HIV & AIDS education in school curricula”. This tool aims at providing practical activities that can be used on a daily basis in classrooms and to help teachers, teacher trainers and educators to prepare their lessons.   This database is mainly for teachers, teacher trainers and educators. Nevertheless, the activities in the database can also be used by other people interested in HIV & AIDS education: researchers, UN agencies, NGOs, students, parents, etc.   You can order copies at: ibeaids@unesco.org
